Famous film and television director David Lynch (Twin Peaks, Blue Velvet) will be releasing his first full length album of Electronic-Pop music on November 8th via the Sunday Best Recordings label. Oh, also, the album is called Crazy Clown Time.
CRAZY CLOWN TIME!
This is shaping up to be Crispin Glover’s album all over again and I couldn’t be more excited.
Lynch has had a few forays into music before, working with Julie Cruise and Angelo Badalamenti on soundtrack work and, more recently, being featured on two tracks of the Dangermouse/Sparklehorse project Dark Night Of The Soul.
But it will be interesting to see what the oft-visionary, oft-abstract director brings to the world of music with a full offering of nightmare fuel this fall.
