<description>This email was sent to you as usual but was reurned because your mailbox was full. So here it is via your website:

Hello Rich,

The crank call segemnet was great. I was cracking up during that Boogie song. Jesse Malin on your show 1/10/09 sounds fantastic. Nice move having the college radio dj on --very unigue picks on his part. Meanwhile, enjoyed the Replacements/Paul W. tracks, the Alice Cooper cut, Eddie Vedder live Bruce cover, Pinfield bit, and the Crush set.

The guy from the newspaper was OK. But while I am not that familiar with all of The Strokes material. I must say, I do really like all the stuff that I have heard from them. I think the newspaper guy justified his selections quite well including The Strokes choice who really did open the door for similiar types of bands down the road in a similiar fashion to what Nirvana did for their rock decade.

Happy New Year!!! I am looking foward to your concert picks and your future showcases and programs. Thanks for a great year of exciting radio.
